is it possible to add new cars to mafia 2 but not like DLCs?or replace a car from the game with a car made by moders?there is a mod that replaces the huston wasp with the roller(a mercedez benz300)so i think that it would be possible.sorry if i am wrong but it would be nice to cruise through Empire Bay in an Aston Martin DB2 or maybe an old Ford Mustang
No, there is no software for add something in M2.
2K does not want to get out of SDK for M2.

is it possible to play mafia 2 in first person? there are some videos on the net about this and i want to know what you say

Install file into sdstablestables.sds using your favorite sds tool.

the problem is that i don’t know how to install this mod so please write some instructions(or i will post it in the help topic)
