Guys! I just got this response from Andrashi:

My apologies man, but all that footage is done only for demo purposes and it cannot be done without breaking the game in the process. By breaking I mean various glitches appear and you still cannot combine fists and weapons as bare fists are basically “overwritten” with selected cold weapon.
