I have a problem. I install this and I’ve done what is on the movie but no working.

 

I have three DLC.

 

 

EDIT: I have update 4. I install Free Ride for DLC Joe’s Adventures v3.0, start the game, next I am doing what is on te movie on page 1, but nothing changes and still is the same as before installation. wacko.png

Please describe in greater detail.
