Hmmm, inside this mod there are just BMP files (Maps folder) and 4DS files (Models folder) – they’re responsible for changing colours of trees.

Yeah, if he just had the original files of the ones overwritten, it SHOULD be back to normal… right?

I think that you don’t need to extract all Maps and Models. It’s enough to copy these files into proper folders.

To remove it, just delete these files from Maps and Models folder. I actually didn’t play this mod, so I don’t really know how it acts.

Surely if you delete them.. nothing would appear?

i would have thought the trees in the mod would replace the old ones… so if you delete them there would be no trees?

It does, but I think that it’s like replacing cars – when you delete their files, in game you will see original cars. Same with the trees – after deleting, you will see original trees I guess. But no way for the trees to be removed.

yeah but in the tree mod it overwrites the original, so when deleted there wouldnt be a file, so thered be an empty space

Not exactly. You see, in the main folder there are files called AA.dta, AB.dta and so on. In these DTA files there are stored original files, so that when there’s not any file replaced, the game reads the original content from these files exactly.
