Mafia II – Modding Tutorial

Hi, I’d be really interested to create my own mod or modify (possibly translated) already existing mod to add some new features, but there are no tutorials on the web about this particular game. For example how to create a DLC as FreerideDLC, then how to manipulate the file to add entries to the main menu. Or how to edit raw XML files. Changes to DDS are simple, what I understand is like creating a real mod radical, type freeride’s eXistenZ34 mod or multiplayer mod. In short, a tutorial on how to create a mod modifying system files. eXistenZ34 you who create the mods you could do a nice tutorial on this?
