can anybody give me some tips?

with the injector

to increase the possibilities of storing == game.garage:SetMaxGaragePlaces(100)

to add a car truck or else == game.garage:CheatAddCar(“name_Car”,true)

to add all cars only == game.garage:CheatAddCars(true)

you need to install nocd5.

NoCD5

start the game with injector, it will start mafia2.exe by itself.

then injector got a directory called userscript with lua script inside as f1.lua …. f12.lua

that are activated ingame when you press the corresponding key

use injector v6 avoid v7 as it doesn’t handle certain function

yes the nocd is in fact a mafia2.exe that will not start steam.

to start the game once nocd is installed do not use steam, but mafia2.exe or injector when you want it ” data-emoticon=”” srcset=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/wink@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″>

(always make backup of your files, in the case you want to play mafia2 with steam)

in short once nocd5 installed you do not use steam no more for mafia 2.

one last question, I’ll fool with the rest myself. if for example I wanted to add a hank b truck to garage would correct lua be game.garage:CheatAddCar(“hank_b”,true) ? I managed to get all other cars, including police cars, but no trucks seem to work so far… this lua thing is new to me,

Well I think you understood, now I don’t know the names by heart so get the correct vehicle names, test them.

maybe some of the existing vehicle cannot be added into the garage.

You could check as well by using for example eXistenz FR JA and add trucks into the garage using the KEy menu, to see if the one you are trying is there or not.

but first try like this:

game.garage:CheatAddCar(“Hank_B”,true)

I figured it out, now just looking to find other lua commands, I like the injector.

I tried free roam ja 2.0 from existenz but I cant get it working, I know I installed properly, joes files cause a ctd, and vitos files cause an infinite load screen.. I toyed with it for an hour last night, I have no cd downloaded, and all my mafia 2 files are in program files x86 so I installed his files to same directory. Its very sad it doesn’t work for me.

Fr JA is v3, but v2 should work, watch installation tuto on eXistenZ mod toppics.

It’s very simple, just install FR JA v3.0 setup and NoCD.

still not working, just sticks my computer in an infinite load loop. I’ve had to restore from my backup files 7 times now. It’s a shame, but I cannot get this working. If I use vito files, infinite load loop, If I use joes files it crashes to desktop, every time without fail. I have installed to directory, then installed nocd. I tried installing no cd first then fr Ja 3.0, I tried fr Ja 2.0… all to no avail..
