I don’t know of any off hand

But, if you want a quick fix you can do it with a quick file rename

(Always Backup before making changes)

Rename the Tommy.i3d model to Tommy1.i3d (just so you can change it back to play the game)

Make a copy of the model TommyCOATHAT.i3d

Rename the copy you made from TommyCOATHAT-copy.i3d to Tommy.i3d

Now the default Tommy model is the one with the topcoat and fedora, suitible for winter
