Problem publishing mod

As you can see, I haven’t really done much except delete the gate and its collision, remove the fence panel on the left as you come in the gate to make it easier to get in if you have the limo mod or you are driving a truck.
And I used an unused fence in the game to put at the far side of the yard because of the falling through problem you already know about.

No, i dont think its possible, as ralphs garage is one big model, not individual parts like fences and posts…
