One extractor can extract Mafia II models from the game archives, but there are no ways of modding the Mafia II.

You better start off modding the first one.The first has one of the biggest options of modding in the world.Mafia 2 modding has not expanded yet.

Well, first I have used “MafiaDataXTractor” to extract, but when I open it, nothing appears in the list to extract what can be? :cheer:

Have you selected the right folder destination?

MafiaDataXTractor works only for the Mafia 1!

You cant extract different types of files with a tool which is not made to do it.

There are other tools for Mafia 2

To extract files from mafia 2 use “SDS extractor”

Do you want to mod Mafia:city of Lost Heaven or Mafia2? Mafia 1 is much easier to mod and you have almost unlimited possibilities there. That’s not very difficult to understand how game works in it’s inside. Only mod I have seen on Mafia 2 are various free rides, replacing textures and using model files, that were already ingame but wasn’t available.
