Editing load.def and sky textures?
define you mean change the sky?Yes it is.In most scenes the skybox is called in file called “zapad”.All you need to do is change that model best in DCED on the sky you need.
Thank You

What do you mean “load.def”?
Specify it
” data-emoticon=”” srcset=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/tongue@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″>
Information about loading screens are stored in tables/load.def file. I’d like to assign loading screens to my missions. I’m sure I already saw a mod, that have it’s own mission folders and edit load.def, so it must be an abilitty to edit it

Never heard about it.
Ive created manually cutscenes in scene2.bin by scripting.
And i know that cutscenes are started from a script in missions. But we are not able to edit records.
Only options for cutscenes ive got on mind is to create one manually or start an existing one.
Yeah, there are still lots of things, that aren’t editable yet

If anyone knows how to modify load.def, please tell me.
I see it as a text file.So you can edit it with notepad
” data-emoticon=”” srcset=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/biggrin@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″> .
But we have no acces to some things since we dont have the original SDK.So things such as cutscenes are not completely editable.
That would be great

This one works only for textdb files

And about the sky, you must find which texture (from MAPS folder) is related to colour of the sky.
I think that this will help you http://depositfiles.com/files/mz0eqzi5x
I already know it
” data-emoticon=”” srcset=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″> But I’m trying to make a mod without corrupting original game files.
I know but you can install it in another location (e.g. Desktop) and check which file represents which sky.
After searching deep in my hard drive, I found scene2.bin research documents. There are skies used in game, hope it will be usefull for somebody too
