Ok, I got both to work in one file by changing the values in the exisitng “passenger mod” table file.
I changed to the modded values I listed above in the file:
/config/gameCamera/carCameraHood
I currently do not have eXistenZ34 v2 mod installed.
I only used the modified “tables” file and it worked both as a passenger and as the driver.
Granted it is not exactly what you were asking for and I am using the Hood View option to get it done but I kinda like it.Ãâà

Note that these modified values center the camera inside the car just as it would with the “FLATR” Cab View.
I know you were going for “center around the player” but that might be above my skill level in Mafia 2.
Also, I have Windows 7 64bit and the Gibbed Illusion Tool works for me, maybe a different version..?
