I found that within the Balls&Beans FMV that there is a full detail taxi, the level was originally built for you to follow Luca in the taxi to the Slaughter house, wich is why this photo was made by 2K in 08’…

If you look in that FMV Dgumba, you just may be able to change out the current Taxi’s with the full detailed one, it even has a fare counter, and full detailed seats, it’s the exact taxi that Vito arrives home in during the cutscene after prison in 1951.
