Indeed RDR is.Yesterday i just played it and i already got into a big posse and we were riding,killing around the map for hours lol .The communication on LIVE is nice and also those cooperative missions are awesome.There are so many things to do.
Gears of War is a great multiplayer shooter but you will have to buy 360 to play it
