I agree with you.Mr Choo will surelly want hes revenge for hes people.

Im not fan of happy endings in topics like Mafia either.But Joe had a gun and he will realize whats going on in a moment or two.So i think he will try to escape from it somehow.But to be honest.Joe is a very poppular character.So i dont think 2K will kill him :s illy:
