here I would like to change the properties of weapons (magazine capacity, ammunition max …) and cars (speed, power, weight …)
(I download rick’s tool and hex editor)
my question is simple … where can I find files that match that? in the file or when table.sds vehicules.sds or weapons.sds? When I open them with rick’s tool I came across files or hex one understands nothing, this is one of them? short little anyone help me is welcome.
