Mine is obviously the steamboat mission. <img decoding=” data-emoticon=”” srcset=”/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/wink@2x.png 2x” width=”20″ height=”20″>

But I think my most memorized moment is at the beginning of the game, after Tommy brought Paulie and Sam to Salieri’s bar, and sam walks out in slow motion, making it look like he grabs his gun. and when he finaly reaches Tommy, it’s just a envelope with money in it. So classic and cinematic it could have come from a movie!
