I managed to get the mod working a little bit by moving a few files into a ‘en’ folder.

But it crashes sometimes and the writing is in Russian in-game.

Is v.1.3.1 the best/latest version ?

IVAN144 said the mod doesn’t need the new “addons” by jack snow.

But some of the Russian modders are very good.

Mafia 2 is one of my favorite games ,i think the game engine is excellent and it runs very well on an old computer.

Anyway if u have an working English version of the Empirebay Mod, i would be very happy to see it,thanks.

This is what i did to get the mod working before:

I got the empire mod v1.3.1 working with english version.

I made duplicate of two ‘ru’ folders.

1:

dlc_datarussian

copy to: dlc_dataenglish

2:

cnt_empire_baysds_ru

copy to: cnt_empire_baysds_en

P.S..Don’t forget! You have to remove ‘cnt_joes_adventures’ folder from dlc folder.

NOT SURE IF IT WAS THE BEST WAY TO DO IT,but it seemed to work for me.

I haven’t spent much time using  the Empire Mod until recently and I’m having difficultly understanding where the missions are,i think there is races u can take part in.

Thanks to your English GUI, i can see missions now from phone in apartment.

Yeah when you install too many mods your basically overwriting the old one, She actually is I’m going to improve the English GUI in a couple of days

If you find any bugs with the English GUI tell me I’ll fix them and anything else

Russian people are always so active

Any chance you could do English subtitles? Also, is it possible to remove the Russian voices completely? I’d rather hear nothing and have English subtitles over hearing a foreign language.

I’ll try it’d be very hard to understand what there saying though If not I’ll just remove it for you ALL

If they are reused game assets ,it might be possible to just replace them with the English versions.
