I have found something quite extraordinary, I looked on steam and found that if not equal or more people play Mafia II than GTAIV, yet… GTAIV has mods coming out hourly. Mafia II does not even have online, and it’s played as much or more than GTAIV is played on PC.Steam game stats : http://store.steampowered.com/stats/I am absolutely gob smacked over how little to none attention Mafia II gets and yet it’s played as much or more than GTAIV is played. confuse.gif??:

Thats a great point you make. I think it has to do with the fact that the old Mafia Scene site has constantly gone up and down and the users all scattered to different boards. I hope with making this site we can get a pretty strong user group and get some MODS rolling out.

I like the ability to do all of the things that Mafia2 offers. With most other games you just drive on a predetermined track and what’s the fun in that? Once someone finds out how to unpack and pack the .sds files so that you can get out ALL of the info it has the game is just going to lose interest. I hope that does’nt happen. confuse.gif??:

I agree with you, DGUMBA, I hope that does not happen.

Yeah, the apparent lack of development in the M2 modding scene saddens me. Now if only that we can get custom cars, peds, and perhaps even maps to work with this damned game. Shame that 2K ruined it even further.
