Installing skins for vito, joe, etc HELP

Hi everyone. I’m new to modding.

The title is pretty much self explanatory. So far, I found this thing called “Rick’s Tools” and tried to use it to edit the skins on Vito and Joe but to no avail. When i replaced the files that had the same name, when I continued my story on free ride there was no difference, nor could I find the skins anywhere in-game.

To be honest, I am still very confused since it doesn’t come with a step-by-step instruction manual. I have also spent some time trying to find a post about this but I can’t seem to find one.

And just a question to those reading this, is there a mod that gives me 2 bodyguards (not just Henry and Joe) who are in uniform and stuff with a driver to drive me around?

Also I just sort of figured out how to use the SDS explorer. However, anytime i tried to equip a suit with an overcoat, the game would crash. Can anyone explain why? And Come on guys, 16 views and no replies?
