Does it corrupt with other mods or what ?

No it just has lots of models and maps that replace cars but as ive put the mods in it would put them to default, i’d have to pick out the right ones and that would take forever as there is 1000’s

The best and the simplest way in this case is to backup all folders which will the mod effect somewhere.Than if you wont like it you can still copy it back with the moded files in it.
