This was never touched upon. Wẻ̫re left to decide if he did. The thing is, the Salieri Crime family rejuvinated itself following the court case that brought it down in the end of Mafia.
I doubt he did to be honest
There is nothing that supports that thesis whatsoever, so I’ll have to say ‘no’.
Why did the developers leave this detail out? Frank had a wife and daughter. What stopped Salieri from having a woman and children of his own?
