Only one i know is the one in oakwood but i don’t think that is where frank is.

I’ve heard very interesting opinion about this – someone said, that it’s hanging in the air long way from Salieri’s bar lol

But this cannot be true, though

You can get there, but you will have to use the fly mod.

I believe that should work but i doubt the cemetery has collisions so you cant walk on it

I can’t give co-ordinates but, if your looking at the salieri bar from the outside. Go diagonal forward to the right, you should see it withing 2 seconds.
