Extracting dialogue audio from Mafia 1?
Anyone know the filenames, or as to where can I find the character speech for the game? I’m planning to use Salieri’s dialogue for a YTMND site.
The dialogue files you loooking for are dedected in the sounds folder. There they are listed: the first number of the files are for the mission. So is e.g. 20050110.wav for mission 20. They are ordered after the order of the dialogue. I hope you find the right files.
You can find all text dialogues in the Tables folder, under the textdb_en.def file.
You can edit the file with Mafia Text Editor 1.1
