How to wear army uniform after chapter 1?

Is there any mod to enable special clothing?

Or is there a way to edit game files to make Vito’s default clothing army uniform?

 

Mafia game wiki says “While you can not use as you like and are exclusive to the Chapter of the game, you can get by mods.”
