Yes it is but i’m not sure what is new in addition besides the cars at garage and other startng zone….or just those are new?

1.Change of characters (italian boss,chinese boss etc.)

2.Skirmish in the “Market Arcade” (only in winter!) exit near the glass doors on the street!

3.Shooting from the car (use the turn off the police or passenger modes)

4.Animation for the toilet in every house (in winter and summer)

5.Removed auto repair and cleaning of cars
