Thanks for your response. Tried to do as you suggested. I replaced the “pc” folder installed from the Mafia 2 CD with the “pc” folder from the download you sent. But when I tried to launch with the icon in the new “pc” folder, the Norton Anti-virus read it as a threat and removed the “launch” icon and shut down the launch.

This is nuts. Does this mean I have to disable Norton if I want to launch this game with mods?
