Hey, that’s where I DL’d mine textures! They used to be on the old Mafiascene though. It’s pretty nice, but resource heavy. I’m not sure if I remember correctly, but I think Mafia doesn’t exactly use occlusion culling too much, so all the nice effects take more operations than you need to see.

It doesn’t exactly make Mafia 1 look as if it was just developed, but still, nice. With ENBseries and Mafia Trees Project (both included in links in the video’s comments), UDD and the water shader it will make your computer heat up to the temperature of a small star, but if your computer can survive that, it gives Mafia a lot more life.
