Nope,the one im talking about is there from the original game.I used the wrong parameters.Only 20% of cars with this view are in game.

Well, I’m not sure if this is what you’re looking for and if it is of any help, but I once found this great mod which lets players use the interior camera in as far as I remember every original car (I mean not modded). I like it the best.
