I've tried both they all show the opening graphic and dump
It still works on my laptop

DC||ED no longer loads in my computer with the latest update on my PC. The Intro graphic shows and then nothing?

Any Ideas? I use it for traffic (pedestrian and car) door locks and a few other things

Any Idea how I can get this back on the job?

Hello Again. Well as the seasons turn I find myself in a semi retired state with time on my hands, time to futz about with the game that has given me decades of entertainment, hopefully there is some life in the old boy still.  Me and the game. Lets breath some life into this game that simply will not go away   Oh at Btw...I'm back

But I do not return reluctantly.  I realize that for the most part interest in this game has long past, but for me, since I bought it decades ago, it has been an ever present joy for me because of its adaptability.  And now that I have reached a ripe old age and consider myself semi-retired I have a little more time to play with it again.

So I will continue to build off the bones of the erstwhile Capoletti Mod 2 

The premise is much the same. In a Godfatheresque vein when the Saliery family and Morello Family it left a vacuum for control of Lost Heaven. Declared an open city by the New York commission each of the five families sent a faction to Lost Heaven to take control. Along with these five Families, there is one home grown family, the Capoletti family who are backed by Don Cicci in Sicily, Giving the relatively small city (compared to New York) of Lost Heaven 6 Families vying for control of the city

While each family has rackets all over town, they are headquartered in one area

• Maranella (The Strongest Family) Is in New Ark
• Picolli (an ally and subservient to Maranella) is in Hoboken
• Manucci who is on good terms with the Capoletti are In Downtown
• Salucci Has Little Italy and China Town, this family is Isolated, and brooks no aggression
• Bocolli  Is in The works Quarters  and is angry that the Capoletti Control The Docks

There will be two ways you can play this,  travel around town to all the places and pick up racket money, as well as the area guys in the el Stations. A look for people who need help
Or you can Play the mission based game and end the other 5 families

I have added a lot of new places to the game and opened up (either walk in or load to) all the regular places

Good to see you again.  As I am now semi retired I now have more time on my hands and I am getting back into modding myself

I always look forward to seeing your content, it is an inspiration to me

One of your first videos inspired me to do my own, It was an an introduction of Mafiosa I think, the one where the guy drops the baseball bat, that was so classic

So I may join you in posting updates  on the Old Capoletti Mod now that I have it out of moth balls. If I can keep on task and not blow up

I too am climbing back into modding my favorite game now that I am an old fart and semi retired

when you play the game at certain intervals it will set your Freeride access to a new level, so every time you do that you will have go back to that door in City Small free ride and hit it again

Has anyone made a good modding tool for M2?

I have misplaced my Mod Disk,When I find it I will make it live again

In Capoletti 2 I spent a lot of time fussing with non-mission related things, just seeing what I can do


 




well been there done that, don't need to do the Chicago club or burning building again, So this mod is going to be more like the game

Using the models from the city it doesn't look all that different, but just enough, and I will be re texturing here and there

I want to apolgize for my earlier comment saying you should sell this.   You don't ask Michealangelo how much would he take to do the sistine chapel in my garage


 




The graphics are so rich and buttery   just like I imagine the real thing would be.


 




Question...did you have some reference on the wood tone?  Just asking because with the BW photo's it would be hard to tell
