your game is updated, Update 4 minimum.

if you use Official release (Steam) you must use the NoCD.

the driver of your video card has updated with the latest version?

did you check if you load the 64 bits or the 32 bits version it happend when you load the bad version

Im not seeing any option to choose which one to load, only info on folder instalation directory which for me is Program Files2K GamesMafia II
