A famous word of east european imageboards.


 




That so called because of a famous UIC sammit, where russian president V.V.Putin said this word to thank partners for their harmful busy work for nothing.


 




First time this word appeared suddenly in anime boards to mean like cool story bro but then got its own independent definition that means nobody cares




Today I got another shitty huita e-mails.
