Title: Mafia Sequential Transmission
Post by: Pinkshit on June 25, 2012, 10:25:44 AM
Hi Everyone!

After a long time I install and mod mafia again. Unfortunately my account is dissapeared from mafiascene.com but today I create a new one. So my question is that how can I create sequential transmission for mafia. My idea is to scriptly press button like ctrl_read 0, 1 GEARUP but this script is only check that the player pushed the button or not. I'm thinking about a script that automatically push this button. The problem is that I can't find a syntax to change gears.  I've already have script for button controll but I have to know the syntax...I think it's decoded in GAME.EXE because if you open this file in HEX you'll find GEARUP and GEARUP1 (these are the button names that controll the script to shift gears manually)

Does anybody have an idea?

If you press M in a car it will change to sequential (Manual) and you use the set keys.

Is that what you mean?

No I want to bind the gears for "Ingame" buttons. For example:

1st gear: press JUMP1

2nd gear: press SNIPERMODE

3rd gear: press CROUCH

4th gear: press RELOAD

...

I hope this little exaple can translate my previous message. I would like to know the syntax wich is controlling the gear shifting.

Anyway thanks for the quick reply.  <img src="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/smile.png" alt="(//smile.gif)" data-emoticon="" srcset="/wp-content/uploads/invision_emoticons/smile@2x.png 2x" width="20" height="20">
