You play Vito, and you go to Freddy's bar to get your orders for Henry is a Capo for the family. You are a soldier in the family and need to take care of the family business, from time to time
This mod uses existing game play options, it just adds a story line to it

Henry is Capo and Gives you missions at Freddy's Bar. 20 Missions total
Joe hangs around The Maltese Falcon during the day. He'll ride with you.
All locations open from the game. (except observatory)

Saves when you go to sleep
Seasons Change when you go to sleep*
Weapons Recharge when you sleep
Joe and Henry are at their Homes when you start a night mission (Henry lives in the home Vito had across the river)
God Mode**
Semi stripped Mod a few changes of clothes, one car in the garage, limited money and weapons
