It is legal to modify your game, like mafia 2 and mafia 1




But in Mafia 2  2K is holding back on some tools and more we look in more we find




new places,


 




Personnaly i thinks they hold on because they prepare seomething like Mafi 3 with Vito

No Steam is not policing 2K and there where no update from 2K. steam don't give a DAMN about 2 k security they care about their own.
