I agree it is a mod, but so far I cannot find it to download. I have uninstalled Mafia II anyway.

ASM designed MafiaIIcon and sent me a beta once, but it was never released and since then he has disappeared..

The Russian in the description tells us it is from Mafia II, for GTA.
