How do i mod clothes files?

Im not sure what program I could use to open .sds files I want to make new clothing for vito.

how do i remove one of the texture files and overwrite it with the modified one?

So i managed to actually get the textures into the game but I don't understand why when I zoom onto the character the template gets buggy?
